Where were you in the Blackout? (7)
Alex Bigham was stuck on the green line: "We stopped in the middle of the tunnel. It was completely dark. The conductor led us down the steps. We couldn't see anything... We went through the tunnels looking for vampires. Worst luck, we got out safely."

And Dennis Neilsen? Where was he in the blackout? (Or would we rather not know)
To the best of our knowledge Mr Neilsen was at work throughout the crisis.
Our records show that Mr Neilsen clocked in as usual at 8.30 on the Thursday morning.
Having worked four hours overtime Mr Neilsen left work at 9 o'clock that evening by which time the blackout had long been over.
Would be happier if there was eye-witness evidence of this, not merely beauracratic. Any self-respecting serial killer (or random bad person) knows how easy it is to slip the beauracratic noose when the circumstances are provident. Perhaps the real question is not so much, who is accounted for, as - Who is missing?
