hard to believe he was really called mister thatcher... sounds like a pseudonym
hard to believe it may be but this correspondent can testify that Mr Thatcher is alive and well, though now retired from Tunbridge where he taught for forty years. Readers may be interested to know that Mr Thatcher remains active and continues to apply his keen mind to his life times work, the genealogy of New Englander morals.
